Terms for using Rowmates.

Using the service

Rowmates helps a group divide seats from a booking that an organizer already made. You may use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the booking details, prices, invite list, ticket material, refunds, and any promises they make to guests. Only upload information and images you have the right to use. Do not use Rowmates to resell tickets unlawfully, mislead guests, or collect money for tickets you do not control.

Tickets and entry

Rowmates is not a theater, ticket issuer, or box office. Seat maps, QR codes, and entry links are conveniences based on information supplied by organizers or outside services. The venue or original ticket issuer makes the final decision about admission.

Payments and refunds

Card payments are processed by Stripe. A completed payment does not change the original ticket issuer's rules. Unless the law requires otherwise, the organizer is responsible for refunds and disputes concerning the underlying group booking.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, probe accounts or bookings you do not own, bypass access controls, upload malicious material, automate abusive traffic, violate another person's privacy or intellectual property, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or stop being offered. We may restrict access when reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of users.

Warranty and liability

Rowmates is provided as available without promises that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to rowmates-support@googlegroups.com. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
